Post-Apocalyptic Story Telling
Last month Cardiff Illustration Lecturer Amelia Johnstone took over the Arcade Cardiff gallery space in the Queens Arcade Cardiff to present Post-Apocalyptic Story Telling. With the help of Peter Hathaway and recent graduate Josh Spindler, Amelia transformed the temporary exhibition space into her own vision of a post-apocalyptic space.
Amelia was in residence at the Arcade Cardiff space for a week constructing this elaborate installation. This culminated in a closing night at which time one and all were welcomed in to explore this hand crafted labyrinth of dark tales relayed through Amelia’s colourful carnival of illustrated objects.
