Rachel Gannon and Chloé Regan work both individually and collaboratively with INK Illustration, a collective they co-founded with Fumie Kamijo in 2007. The group make innovative work in response to a broad range of commissions as well as self-initiated projects. They explore illustration and drawing through both their practical and academic studies. INK currently have work exhibited at Tenderpixel Gallery, London and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Chloé Regan is a practicing illustrator and a graduate of the Royal College of Art. Her practice explores drawing in its broadest sense which she uses to explore, document and imagine. Her drawings capture people, place, space and time in the form of sketchbooks and narrative books. Her recent work includes book covers, exhibitions and drawing workshops at Central Saint Martins. Chloé teaches Illustration, Animation and Drawing at the University Arts College Bournemouth.
Rachel Gannon graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2007. Since then she has been working on a wide range of commissions; clients have included Tate Modern, Kensigton Palace, The Royal London Hospital and The Natural History Museum. Her work is inspired by the everyday which she rigorously documents within the confines of her sketchbooks. Rachel is a regular lecturer on the Illustration BA courses at Norwich University college of the Art and University of Bedfordshire.
